The plan is rebuilt every 15 minutes from the day's spot prices, so the battery and the car charge in the cheap hours instead of the expensive ones.

Monitor-only by default
A newly connected home controls nothing. Control is switched on by you, per device.

Minimum battery level, maximum charge power and which devices may be controlled are your settings, not ours.

If a gateway loses contact, equipment returns to its normal behaviour. No command gets stuck.

Everything the system does is logged with a time and a reason, and you can read it.

Your measurements are used to run your home. They are not sold on, and you can request an export or deletion.

Your data stays in Sweden
Hubilus runs on Hostup's servers in Stockholm. Your measurements are stored and processed inside the EU.
Pilot places in Sweden
Hubilus is early and takes on a few homes at a time, with help during installation. During the pilot the service is free and the gateway is on loan.

- You can stop whenever you like and take your data with you.
After the pilot there will be a subscription. The price is set once we can show what the service is worth in your home — measured net, after the fee.
Common questions
Do I have to change electricity supplier?
No. Hubilus reads the spot price and controls your own equipment. Your contract and your meter are unchanged.
How much will I save?
It depends entirely on your equipment and your grid contract. Price arbitrage on a small battery is modest; what usually weighs more is shaving the monthly peak, shifting EV charging and using more of your own solar. We show the outcome as it happens rather than promising a figure.
Do I need a gateway?
Only for equipment with no cloud API — a Modbus inverter or ventilation on your home network, for instance. Pure cloud services connect without hardware.
What happens if the internet drops?
Equipment carries on as normal. The gateway has a safe fallback and resumes when the connection returns.
