The service

Hubilus is a service operated by Mexior AB (org.nr 559433-7296), Sweden. It monitors your home-energy devices and, when you enable it, can control your battery. It is provided during an early-access phase, currently without charge unless separately agreed.

Plans and what each includes

The free plan includes every cloud integration we support, with no limit on how many you connect, and your data keeps being collected. On the free plan you can view your home live and one day back; smart control (letting Hubilus act on your battery and devices) and integrations that need a Hubilus gateway are part of membership, which includes the gateway itself.

Because the service is in an early-access phase we are deliberately generous with the free plan, and we may change what each plan includes — including tightening the free plan — as the service matures. We will give reasonable notice of changes that reduce what your current plan includes, and you can cancel at any time; there is no binding period. Changing a plan never deletes data you have already collected: history that a plan limit hides becomes visible again if you upgrade, and remains subject to our normal retention periods.

Provided "as is"

The service is provided without a service-level guarantee. It may be unavailable at times, features may change, and any forecasts or savings figures are estimates only — we do not guarantee financial outcomes.

Battery & device control

If you enable automatic control, Hubilus operates within the limits you configure and the manufacturer's own protections, and you can pause it at any time. You remain responsible for your installation's electrical safety and for complying with your grid agreement.

Your account

Keep your password private and don't attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Loaner hardware

Any hardware we lend you remains our property and should be returned or purchased if you leave the service.

Ending the service

You may leave at any time (see the Privacy Policy for data deletion). We may end the early-access phase with reasonable notice.

Liability & law

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to what mandatory Swedish consumer law provides. Swedish law applies and disputes belong to the Swedish courts; your mandatory consumer protections are unaffected.
